With the book titled, "Castles, Caves and Honeycombs" this Term, our lower primary students explored the many places that make a home: a house, a den, a nest, or even a shell.
Through this piece of literature, they discovered real-world themes of nature and biodiversity, built grammar and vocabulary, and internalised what they had learned via a writing exercise on what "home" means to them.
Let your heart be warmed by Kaelyn's beautiful description of her home.
