Be part of the Academic team passionate about our students’ heart, mind and language learning. Our English language programs extends across Primary, Secondary and JC levels including Language Arts and General Paper. A BTL Educator is one who understands that heart emotions are the key to ignite the higher-order thinking capabilities in the mind, so our students have the confidence and conviction to express and articulate. He or she will be actively involved in crafting lesson plans and delivery in order to maximize the BTL learning outcomes. The BTL Educator would be trained and immersed in the curriculum for quality and consistency.

  • Passion for educating hearts and minds. Beyond excellence in grades, we are looking for educators who want to ignite students’ passion and purpose for learning and life
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant teaching certificates (e.g. PGDE or Dip.Ed), with a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience preferably in an MOE institution
  • Proven excellence in MOE or international school context
  • Possess strong critical thinking skills and socio-emotional competencies
  • Proven experience in developing curriculum and classroom materials and lesson planning

  • A proven aptitude and ability to manage and organize. If you’ve always been known to be neat and can follow through details, you’re the right fit!
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline, preferably with 1 to 2 years’ work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably with some Photoshop or editing software capabilities
  • Able to communicate well in written and face-to-face interactions with customers
  • Willingness to work on flexible schedule to support centre operations
